Moonlit LoversPosted by Rahul (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) on 13 July 2007 in Plant & Nature. Thanks a million to everyone for the beautiful comments on my last picture. Really appreciate the encouragement from the bottom of my heart. You guys are just wonderful. The only processing done here is the crop + desaturate + cooling filter. Somehow, i did not like the harsh sunlight that this was shot in. It looked more peaceful and romantic to me this way. :-) Enjoy!!!

Awesome Rahul! :) 13 Jul 2007 9:33am @HorseRotorVator: Thanks friend, yes the cooling filter gave it much peaceful effect, else this was shot in mid noon sun. :-) PS rocks. LOL!!! So for now, i just shoot everything where i see the beauty. ;-) Have a great weekend. @Brittney: Thanks Britt, really appreciate your encouraging remarks. Have a lovely weekend. :) @Amit: Thanks Amit. Bob Israel from Brookfield, WI, United StatesA wonderful, peaceful and serene image. 14 Jul 2007 12:28am @Bob Israel: Thanks Bob and have a great weekend. :) Evelyn from New Milford, United StatesThe strange thing about this shot is, the way it's set up, and with the tone and white feathers, you almost expect them to be swans--you know, the classic romantic shot. But they're not. And that suddenly grabs your interest, because they're not what you're expecting: shorter in the neck with an almost awkwardly large beak. 14 Jul 2007 4:33am @Evelyn: Thanks Evelyn, really appreicate your version of it, and its true. Two swans would have been really monotonous. Although i did shoot the swans. :-) @allyy`*: Thanks pal. ;-) Babul Bhatt from Bombay, IndiaI like the cropping :) 14 Jul 2007 5:39am @Babul Bhatt: Thanks Babul. PS sure rocks. Haha! 16 Jul 2007 4:46am @celialee: That would be a bit too much to ask for dear, LOL!!! if only i was a pelican charmer then i could have asked them to pose that way for me. You are another hopeless romantic LOL!!!!! Watch out the same birds on the 18'th post and tell me what you think about that creation LOL!!!!!! @Jenny: Thanks Jenny for the continuous support and kind words. :) |
