I liked the expression on this model while shooting this (won't be surprised if some freinds liked those ear rings more LOL!! ).
Coverted it to B&W, with gentle cooling filter and added some noise to get this effect. I somehow find it more interesting than the original plane jane ;-).

Nice portrait shot Rahul. Good you managed to get the dark background behind her head, good eye contact also. Looks like she's having a bit of trouble keeping up that smile as it's looking more like as if she's a little unsure, if that makes sense. Nice post processing.:)
