Which Planet Are You From ?Posted by Rahul (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) on 29 May 2007 in Animal & Insect. This dog participated in the "Best Dress" competition but didnt really win. Somehow i pity this poor thing for being made such a clown by its owner. I would never understand why we humans try converting every living being around us to be like us. Just accept them the way they are, and dogs don't wear goggles and Tuxedo (Yet to come). ;-)

Behrooz from Tehran, IranHaa that's a cute guy! Very nice treatment for the great capture. 29 May 2007 6:12am Behrooz from Tehran, IranI forgot to mention that I appreciate the photo, though quite agree with your description about us humans. 29 May 2007 6:14am @Behrooz: Thanks Behrooz, i saw a lot of wierd looking animals which were classified as dogs. The owners had dressed them, shaved them and did all kind of things to them to make sure they don't just look dogs. It was a pity to some extent. celialee from JapanOhhhh....you have to come to Japan then. The pet fashion here is beyond believable! Hi :) Am back in action! 29 May 2007 6:49am @celialee: Thanks dear, and great to see you back. I was missing you. :-) @Stunner: Thanks Stunner. :-) Manuela Photography from Hainburg, GermanyI feel sorry for him too... well captured. 29 May 2007 8:54am @Manuela Photography: Thanks pal. Do you think humans are the most cruel animals on the planet earth ?? Sometimes i feel that, atleast when i saw the way they treated their dogs in the show. Some even went to the extent of beating their dogs for not having won the race or musical chair. That was sad. craiger from United StatesDog and man have been cooperating for thousands of years! This is just part of the game! LOL - Cool shot! 29 May 2007 9:11am @craiger: Thanks Craig, i fully agree that a dog can be a mans best friend, like cats can be gals best buddy. ;-) priya from CanadaPoor thing with too many things, it must be feeling heavy. But looks cool. 29 May 2007 10:09am @priya: Yes although it looked funny, but it was silly. haha... Jen from Jessup, United StatesLOL it's amazing what some do to their pets!!! 29 May 2007 10:47am @Jen: Thanks Jen and welcome back. :) Was missing my "oooo" inspiration. ;-) @Anup: Thanks Anup. Laurie from Lincoln, United StatesI see Brittany grew back her hair...Ha! Fun pic! Good job! 29 May 2007 2:20pm @Laurie: Haha... Laurie, great to see you back. Thanks for the comments pal. How have you been. :) elaine from paris, Franceur b&w don t suck! come on! this one is cool, funny and originbally processed!! 29 May 2007 2:32pm @elaine: Thanks Elaine, you are the master of B&W, i am just laying my hands on it off and on. And i cant compare it at all with your classic shots. Way to go for me. :-) Daroru from Amagasaki, JapanBut they are so funny! They should have shaved him a bit, it would have been funnier. 29 May 2007 2:49pm @Daroru: Thanks Bro, i would post a shaved version soon in the series hehehe.... Amy from Rocky Mountain House, CanadaYeah, Rahul, I've never understood that frame of mind either. They're our furry children but not human.. they are themselves. Like how you did this one with the b/w conversion!! ;-) 29 May 2007 5:34pm @Amy: Thanks Amy, although the pic was funny but i just felt sad looking at those dogs, and they didnt look happy either, though it was Dog's Olympic show. Anne from White Rock, CanadaLove the way you got this photo and the Black and White. Beautiful photo - but Oh! that poor dog. He does look funny - but what they put those dogs through for shows is beyond belief! ;-) 29 May 2007 6:06pm @Anne: Thanks Anne and welcome back. Just wait and see this series and you would go ooohhhh, ahhhh and even ouch looking at what they put the dogs thru. @priya: Hi Priya, i got the message. I was talking about replying messages on your page pal. You can click on the little comment link next the the persons message to reply. :) But you would see the link only if you are logged into your AM3 account. You can try it by replying my today's comment on your page. :-) @Levine: Not the dog, probably the owner is trying to be cool using the dog. ;-) @Still: Thanks Still. :) Candace from Emmaus, United StatesI find it funny, but I'm sure the dog wouldn't agree with me on it. LOL! Great shot...love the sepia. 29 May 2007 10:24pm @Candace: Thanks Candace, i bet the dog wont agree on that. Better not mention to him, unless you want to go back all bruised. LOL!! Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesI never really understood that either. I do get it in the winter when they have "coats" for them, especially the ones that are groomed, but costumes? Great catch though. 29 May 2007 10:44pm @Laurie: Thanks Laurie, and great to see you back. I have been seeing Liberty State Park on your page for long. Guess you were away. :-) Were the Dog's born to wear any clothes or jewelery or goggles ?? LOL!!! Sarah from Gainesville, United StatesPoor dog! I think the owner's that do that ought to be treated the same way -- let us dress them up in goofy outfits and parade them around! ;) 30 May 2007 12:52am @Sarah: Hahaha... Lets do it, guess that serves them right. :-) I am game for it Sarah and i fully agree with you. |
