This would be my last pic in the "Flowers and Colors Of Nature" series. Its one of the most colorful shot i took in the orchid garden. I hope all of you liked the colorful treat in this series and now i am left scratching my head again what should be next series to post hehehe... Any ideas ??
I would like to dedicate this image to all the AM3 guys who really made it possible to bring up the site in just one day.
Some of the AM3 pages are still not reachable, but i am sure sooner or later they will be up and we would be able to view everyones photographs.
Great work guys, BRAVO!! We apprecaite it.

Like the way you've managed to isolate this flower against so much colour in the background, stands out a treat. A nice striking image.:)

wow wow wow for this shot!
spot on tack sharp! what lens did you use! i want one too!
I just love how the bokeh behind is creamy enough to help make the colourful flower stand out clear and vivid!
wonderful shot! :) but then again a tack sharp lens can only produce a tack sharp image by a tack sharp master photographer such you ;)

@Kairospix: Haha.. thanks for your wonderful comments, i am still learning pal and very far away from being any Master, btw dear you will be suprised that i didnt use any sharp lens for this. I dont have any expensive lenses. The only lenses i have are 18-55 AF-S DX Nikkor f3.5-5.6 Kit lens with D40, AF 50mm Nikkor f1.8 portrait lens and AF-S 55-200 DX Zoom Nikkor f4-5.6 Nikkor.
This shot was taken with 55-200 lens. Its the cheapest autofocus zoom lens in the nikkor series hehe... I dont use any costly lens as i believe with right exposure and technique the cheap lenses can produce same results, so i concentrate more on the hard part - TECHNIQUE. ;-)
beautiful focusing and gotta love the vibrant colours of this! haha. very, very well done :D

@Alicia Poon: Thanks Alicia, really appreciate your wonderful words and kind comments. I just used the vivid type and saturation to play with these colors in the camera before shooting. ;-)
An amazing and brilliant shot Rahul! Great definition on the flower petals too.
