Shot this at 10pm, its Shah Alam Mosque in Malaysia. The only light was the one street light in front of the mosque. Although, i didnt get desired angle in the hurry, since i was kinda scared standing all alone on the road and shooting :) Just shot and ran back into my car. But i did get time to adjust the exposure to -ve 2.0 which helped.

With one street light and a quick shot - I think you did well. The colours of the mosque you picked up great!I would be scared too - standing on a quiet street alone pointing a camera at another culture's place of worship - in case they wondered what I was up to! I don't mind being out in the dark in busy, well lit streets - but lonely streets - no!

@Anne: You read my mind, thats exactly what was going thru my head when i was shooting this as it was all quiet and dark and almost no one in the vicinity... Just took my chances and was real quick. Happy end though :)
Night shots tend to be tricky! But you did well on this, sharp and detailed!
